American Cancer Society: This website provides lots of information on many different types of cancer and useful information for the whole family before, during, and after treatment. You can also view information on the treatment and support at https://www.cancer.org/treatment.html on their website. Their website is also very easy to navigate.

Bereavement Care Centre: This organization provides support for grieving families once their loved one has passed. However on their website there are also fun games for kids. Such as Connect 4, Tic-Tac-Toe, Simon Says, and Dots. Their website for the games is http://www.bereavementcare.com.au/b_u_club/bearing_up_club.htm

Breast Cancer Freebies: Everyone loves free things! This website has information on how to get free things for you and your family. Any camp, organization, or item that might help you and your family is on this website. Their website is https://breastcancerfreebies.com/

Camp Kesem: This camp is helped run by caring, trained college students and it's meant to help support the children in fun, creative ways. You can visit their website to learn more and to sign up for a camp near you! Their website is http://campkesem.org/

Cancer Care: This website provides information for the parents and their families. They mainly provide counseling and support groups over the phone, by email, or in person. Their website is https://www.cancercare.org/

Cornerstone of Hope: This organization is more for if a loved one has died. They will help the family deal with their grieving and help give the family hope again. Their website is http://www.cornerstoneofhope.org/

Kid Support: This organization provides free peer-support programs for children ages 6-13. In there 12 session program, they are able to answer questions and hopefully make things less scary for the kid. They also hope to help strengthen the bond between the parents and children by promoting family communication about cancer. Their website is http://www.kidsupport.org/

Knitted Knockers: This organization provides free Knitted Knockers to women who have had a mastectomy. They are a light comfortable knitted prosthetic made by volunteers. They even have videos showing how to make them on their website in case you want to make them yourself. Their website is http://knittedknockersusa.org/

National Cancer Institute: This website provides information on multiple types of cancer. It helps explain prevention and causes of the cancer, treatment, and coping with cancer. It also has what to do after treatment and research on that type of cancer. Their website is https://www.cancer.gov/

Susan G. Komen: This organization offers a helpline for those who need help, information, or support. They have many great resources for patients and survivors. They also organize the Komen Race for the Cure in many different states and countries. You can find one near you on their website. Their website is https://ww5.komen.org/

Cancer Matters: This website allows you to search for resources by city. All you have to do is pick your city at the bottom of the page or search for a resource within your city from the drop down menu. Their website is http://www.cancermatters.com/local-resources-and-events/

The Children's Treehouse Foundation: This organization provides events and group-based programs for the kids. They have many different locations across the world and you can find one near you on their website. They also have activity books for kids. Their website is https://childrenstreehousefdn.org/

Casting for Recovery: This organization offers retreats that are great for all breast cancer survivors of all ages, in all stages of treatment and recovery. During the retreat, you will go fly fishing. Even if you're not a fan of fly fishing you will still have a blast here! My mom did this and she loved it! This experience is free. The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center: This organization is also known as OSUCCC- The James. They offer treatment and support for the patient and their family. They also provide activities and classes for the patient and they are able to answer any questions you may have. Their website is https://cancer.osu.edu/

Cleaning for a Reason: This organization is the only national non-profit in the country providing free, professional housecleaning services for women undergoing cancer treatment. They will provide you their free housecleaning once per month for 4 months while you are in treatment. Their website is http://cleaningforareason.org/

Wishing for Mommy: Many kids wish things for their Mommy, but don't believe it could ever happen because they are "just a kid." This organization lets kids nominate their Mommy by writing a story about their wish. They will then send some of the families a grant to help make this wish come true.
